Hills again and again and again

I did it, it was boring and then I did some weights, also boring.

Total distance: 11.5km ish
Temperature: Outside 23˚ (inside Wembley Square probably 27˚)
Runner’s condition: Fine
Song of the run: Wasn’t really listening
