PT Session No.21

I’m supposed to be tapering, but I had one of the hardest sessions ever. 60 squats with a 24kg kettle bell, 60 upright rows and 60 swings broken into three sets. Everything hurt. I said to Justin last week to take it easy on the twisty stuff in case I pull something so he just goes crazy on the straight up stuff. Argh.
