Can it get any worse? 6 x 1km hill repeats before work

Only did 5 – felt a bit weak which was entirely due to the fact I didn’t eat dinner last night.

Route: 1km hill repeats at 30% x 5 I was too lazy to run to bellevue so I drove there

Total time: 1:25
Total distance: 10km
Temperature: 20˚
Runner’s condition: Bit grumpy that I couldn’t get the full 6 in
