Another long training run. Not quite a marathon but pretty much there, I mean once you’ve run 38km, whats a couple of ks? Sigh. Still next week is the Four Hills training run (56km) and then we’re tapering. Just got to hold this together for a bit longer.

Route: Chapman’s Peak Hotel up and over Chapman’s Peak, through Sun Valley to Fish Hoek, back and including a little detour up Sir Lowry’s Pass, back through Noordhoek and back to the hotel.
